Foam rollers are cylindrical in shape, lightweight and vary in length, diameter and density. Foam rollers can add variety to an exercise regimen by allowing a person to exercise with the rollers in almost any position; standing, sitting, supine, side lying, kneeling, quadruped and prone. They can be used for myofascial release, muscular flexibility and dynamic strengthening.
Foam rollers are durable and can hold more than 250 pounds of weight. In the clinic, you may cover rolls with towels, sheets or pillowcases or one of the OPTP foam roller covers. The vinyl cover can be wiped down with soap and water. It is recommended that the rollers not be stored in direct sunlight.
The reason: The AXIS Roller is made of solid foam "beads" that get compressed during the molding process- virtually eliminating any chance of air compression during use. Fitness and rehab professionals will love the durability and lasting power of this roller.
CRYODERM™ contains All Natural Ingredients including Menthol, Eucalyptus, Peppermint oil, MSM and herbal extracts of Arnica, Boswella and ILEX. In addition, CRYODERM™ contains SD alcohol 39-C, a natural denatured alcohol.
Isopropyl alcohol, an inexpensive lab created chemical, which is toxic if ingested is NEVER USED in CRYODERM™.
